Laura’s words
I knew from our initial phone conversation that I was the right photographer for Hannah & Jacob. It was an intimate celebration planned with their very closest family and friends. It felt like a privilege to be a part of such an honest day, from the words that were spoke straight from hearts, to the flowers that were grown, cut and arranged by Hannah and her bridesmaid, then arranged by her and her Mum. The food that had been produced from the gardens where Hannah worked and the pub where Jacob cooked and where they had been living.
It was a beautiful day built around all that brought them joy and that inspired their love in it’s truest form. Including the community that came together to celebrate with them.
We created pictures built on this idea, such as taking a walk that they always took together through the woods from the church to the pub, in spite of the rain. It fed my passion for creating moments for authentically beautiful moments to create ceremonious.
