Freya & Ed

A Weekend of Creative Fun at the Quirky Walcott Estate

Freya’s words

“Laura was the absolute best choice we could have made for a photographer on our day. She just got us and fit in so well around everything happening - we felt totally at ease as she moved around the wedding capturing everyone so naturally and our guests did too. We are so so pleased with the photos, how do we even choose which ones to print?! Thank you xxx”

Laura’s words

This is the fourth wedding that I have created pictures for in a group of friends. It’s always a clear sign that you’ve found your people. When you turn up to shoot and there are familiar faces and you can tell they immediately feel at ease and trust you to tell their story authentically. Any bride that works with me knows that I’m an absolute sucker for flowers and Freya did not disappoint me with flowers from Pink Gold Peach that clashed and danced so marvellous with the quirky wonderland that is Walcott Hall. Walcott is a gem of a wedding venue, which you can take over for a long weekend and celebrate like the rich, opulent and eccentric community that you are.

This with teamed with Freya and Ed’s genuine warmth and right down genuine love and affection for each other and the people they surrounded themselves with, I was really in my element. One of those gorgeous rabbles that you really do feel like it’s an absolute honour to create picture stories with.

Words

What worked well for Ed and Freya. Having a venue that they had a long celebratory weekend. They were really relaxed on the day and it was clear that everyone was really connected and having such a genuinely wonderful time. This couple were clearly very loved.
