And Breathe...yoga branding

Over the past four years I have practiced yoga regularly and it has really helped keep my head in the clouds and feet on the ground. It helps me to create some space in a world full of information and noise. 

I am extremely excited to be working with the brand 'and breathe...', a start up yoga brand, creating a brand identity and communicating it's ethos to the growing followers. It's not about radically changing your current lifestyle but how everyone can introduce a bit of space into their lives to help them enjoy more, achieve more 'and breathe' more....

The added bonus of course is that it's my big sis.
